IPROP: A preliminary sizing of low- altitude airship including ion-plasma thrusters
A novel design technique, where an airship featuring ion-plasma thrusters is sized for a low-altitude demonstration mission has been published on ICAS 2024 “34th Congress of the International Council of the Aeronautical Sciences conference” proceedings.

Annual meeting in Toulouse on 20th and 21st November 2024
The IPROP project recently marked a milestone with a partner meeting hosted by the CNRS collaborators. Over two days, participants reviewed progress achieved in the first year of project implementation under the coordination of Prof. Marco Belan from Politecnico di Milano’s Department of Aerospace Science and Technology.
